Sessions at the Open Hands Unit

Tuesday – Just for Women (10.00am-12.00noon)
A morning for ladies only (and children), offering a free café, making crafts/knitting and friendship. With a referral, ladies are able to access clothes, baby equipment, household items and furniture.

Thursday – Open for All (10.00am-12.00noon*)
A morning for men and ladies offering a free café and friendship. With a written referral, guests are able to access clothes, baby equipment, household items and furniture.

* When we are busy we book in last guest at 11.30am.

We recommend that women attend on Tuesdays, due to high demand on Thursdays.
